What is IEP?
Idaho Event Professionals (IEP) is a group of small business owners and representatives who network and collaborate together, and who place added emphasis on continuing education, ethical business practices, and bettering their community.
Is IEP an online forum or do they meet in person for networking events?
We have a great group on Facebook that is only for event professionals. This ensures that you are not being advertised to, and that you have a place where you can come for questions and support outside the eyes of potential clients. We vet each new group member to make sure they are a registered business with the state of Idaho.
We also have monthly gatherings which offer a little bit of education while you grab a bite to eat and network with other event professionals! These are always on the FIRST TUESDAY of the month, so you can count on us!
In addition to our Business Bites, we often throw in Coffee Talks and evening networking opportunities for the industry as well.

Do you have to be a member to attend the events?
Nope! Come as you are! We are all about building a better event industry, and that is for everyone.
DO YOU HAVE TO BE A MEMBER TO be in the facebook group?
Certainly not. Again, we are here to build a better event industry, and providing a great place for online support is part of that, whether you choose to be an IEP member or not.
