Vice PresidentMike McCalebMikes start began when he made demo reels for comedians while he was an assistant manager at the Brea Improv Comedy Club. His favorite class in film school was Documentary Film and he used to be a baseball umpire, so he’s used to getting yelled at. Mike has been a filmmaker for (almost) twenty years. 19 to be exact and he loves it. He equally loves shooting and editing. Mike loves laughing, and feeling like he is making a difference for people.
Mike was previously involved with Wedding Industry Professionals Association, and Association of Bridal Consultants. His experience in these networking groups brings knowledge and ideas for IEP to build from. Mike is easy to get along with, comfortable, and friendly because he doesn’t have to worry about what comes next. He already knows. He’s been there. He would love to be there for you, too. |
Secretarymaria tzompaMaria is a creative person at heart, a certified project manager with 10+yrs background in finance/accounting. It a no-brainer why she found herself naturally drawn to event planning— which is a mix of production, budgeting, and project management all rolled into one! She started out in the theatre world as a professional actor, director, and producer, then transitioned to a successful career in finance/accounting. After that, she got certified as a project management professional. She absolutely loves bringing joy and connecting with people, whether that’s on stage, in her finance career, or especially in the special events she gets to plan for clients and with other talented vendors. She is so excited and grateful to be on the board for Idaho Event Professionals and hopes to bring her unique skills above to help other event vendors locally flourish and be successful!

MembershipJordan LarmayGrowing up, Jordan was always the event planner. Hosting themed parties for holidays or the end of school was her specialty in graded school. It was only natural for her to go to college and pursue a degree in Event Management. After interning and working in the events industry since 2011, she took a leap of faith to take over Unveiled Design and Events from its original owner in 2015. In 2021, she quit her "9-5" job and made this side hustle a full time gig. She enjoys networking and connecting with all event industry professionals, which makes her a great fit to oversee membership for IEP.
